There is a site called stepchat.com that has daily meetings on-line and live chat that may be able to help you.  These are people in recovery and they're very sincere.  They helped me get sober, and I've been sober for 6 months now.  Good luck hon.

Hello "FAILED'...such a heavy word ,my sponsor has taught me that the only time I could fail is to stop triing to learn how to recover,
  step one is an addmission of complete powerlessness over some thing ,by that I mean for instance drinking "powerlessness" is addmitted in relation to weather or not we have the power to stop drinking when we want  to .
If I start drinking this afternoon and need to be somewhere tonite later ,will the consumption of the alcohol get in the way of me meeting my obligations.
this is the way we/Iwas taught to begin to look at my situation,not having the ability anylonger to stop when I need to is a tell tale sign of the malady.
